Situation Summary

In March, this practice owner put a new protocol in place that he believed would both improve patient care and add revenue to the hospital. It did – for about a month. Then a dramatic drop off in revenues, shown here, triggered an investigation into “why.”  He discovered that the associates were no longer following the new protocol.

Action Taken

The practice owner put in a new written Standard of Care in place and shared it with all associates.

Results

The practice is bouncing back (quite literally) in client visits. If they can continue to consistently improve average revenue per unique client visit, and they average 700-750 unique clients each month, they can expect to add $7500-$26,500 per month in their practice’s patient care.
